Metalicas Idella, S.L.  is formed by a group of three companies covering the entire production cycle, from Marketing & Sales to Design & Manufacturing to Finishing & Electroplating, so we ensure the highest quality standards and absolute customer satisfaction.

We have a multilingual Marketing and Sales team at your service, ready to answer your queries and coordinate any type of special order or taylormade items you plan for your designs and collections.

We service every country of the European Community as well as the USA and Latinamerica.

With a tailoremade warehouse management program, we are able to control at all times the status of orders from our customers.

 

Design & Manufacturing

We have a manufacturing center where we produce our own designs as well as the custom-made suggestions from our customers.

Our team of rubber injection molding allows us to have a high versatility and speed in modeling and production of our collections. Making it ourselves, we gain in speed and we achieve optimum production costs of production.

We have the machinery to make the steel injection molds needed to better service large orders. We have automatic and manual injection machines, able to inject more than 150,000 pieces a day, this enable us to ensure fast service and excellent quality.

As a final step on the manufacturing process, we run the pieces through vibrators for more than 8 hours to polish the parts in a highly abrasive type of stone. With that high quality polish process, they are ready for the final color finish.

Finishing & Electroplating

We have our own galvanic plant where we give the color finish to the articles. To ensure the standard of service and quality, in the galvanic plant we offer all types of finishes, including eco-allergic finish.

We offer as well a more exclusive finish on racks, which require manual labor, whereby for a little increase in price, we ensure a exceptional bright and a spectacular final polish.

At last, identifying with the environmental sensitivity we installed our wastewater treatment plant of last generation, to ensure we respect the environment in any industrial process.
